拿到B超结果。甲状腺问题再请教。是亚甲炎吗？

Right thyroid lobe, 5.4*2.7*2.5cm. Left, 5*2.6*2.2cm.  Isthmus 11 mm in thickness.

The thyroid gland is diffusely enlarged and shows diffuse heterogeneous echogenicity and increased vascularity. 

There are at least 4 nodules in the right thyroid lobe, the largest seen in the upper and lower poles, 25*18, 16*14mm. Two nodules are seen in the left, 21*13, 17*11mm. All are solid heterogeneous nodules with vascularity.

Suggest to have needle biopsy of the largest ones.
