年度身体检查(Feb 9)发现甲状腺指标异常. 加做Uptakes检查. 测试结果如下. 请各位专家帮忙分析一下. 是甲状腺炎还是甲亢? 需要治疗吗? 

 

1. Labs test

THYROXINE,FREE: 2.10 ng/dL (standard: 0.93 - 1.70 ng/dL) -- Feb 9

THYROXINE,FREE: 3.61 ng/dL (standard: 0.82 - 1.77 ng/dL) -- Mar 2

TSH 0.029 uIU/mL (standard: 0.270 - 4.200 uIU/mL) -- Feb 9

TSH 0.006 uIU/mL (standard: 0.450 - 4.500 uIU/mL) -- Mar 2

T3 Total 251 ng/dL (standard: 71 - 180 ng/dL) -- Mar 2

 

 

2. Multiple Thyroid Uptakes and Scan

 

Impression

1. The abnormally low radioiodine uptake values and the appearance of

the thyroid scan are most consistent with thyroiditis.

 

 

Narrative

Multiple Thyroid Uptakes and Scan:

 

Indication: Thyrotoxicosis

 

Comparison: None

 

Technique:

 

Following the oral administration of 238 microCi of I-123, uptakes of the neck were measured at 6 and 24 hours with imaging done at 6 hours.

 

Findings:

 

I-123 uptakes:

 

6 hours: 2% (normal: 6-18%)

24 hours: 2% (normal: 10-35%)

 

I-123 scan:

 

There is very little radiotracer accumulation in a gland that is 40 g in size.
