请问thyroid nodules是甲状腺结节么？

体检时手摸没有发现。因为肌肉扭伤，做了ultrosound，结果发现：

Bilateral thyroid nodules measuring up to 0.8 cm on the right and 1.1 cm on the left, without suspicious morphology to suggest further workup.
