Emma Watson 'Hermione' self-partnership,Emily Watson OBE
Emma Watson did, indeed, introduce the term “self-partnered” in 2019 during an interview with British Vogue. She used it as an empowering alternative to describe her single status at the time, redefining the conventional idea of being “single” and framing it as a commitment to oneself rather than merely a relationship status. Her statement sparked widespread discussion on self-empowerment and self-partnership, especially among those feeling societal pressure regarding relationships?
