请问怎么扣除离开客户Security Deposit?

 

我有一个客户离开以后, 我需要换地毯清理房子，我怎么给前任客户扣除Security Deposit?

地毯 $3000 Labor $400

我可以收 $3000 * 0.2 + 400 = $1000 ?

Or: $3400 * 0.2 = $680 ?
