刚才接到电话，在五个OFFER之中，我被选中作为谈判对象

原因就是我的EMD最多，我也不知道中介是否忽悠我，对方现在的条件是按原价成交，EMD增加为成交价一半，我现在稍微压了一点价到4万9。等待对方回答。初步计算第二年回报率约16%，如果拿到手，也算凑合了。
