人算不如天算

2022年出手一个出租房，有48万应税收益。为了冲销应税额，于12月30日卖出股票实现亏损对冲出租房应税额。

其中包括800股FNGU均价41元87，1000股ARKK均价30元50。如果没有在房子赚钱需要应税，我不会卖出股票。不卖的话，FNGU升值23万，ARKK 1万8。

人啊，就是想得太多了。
