拜登的大规模增税法案如果通过，会在大选后执行，当然了，目前这只是可能.

我听了一下，列了几个要点：

1. 提高capital gain tax upto 44.6%;

2. 加一个新的25% unrealized capital gain, 也就是说就算股票，基金，房子不卖，只要增值的，就要有upto 25%的税;

3. Remove stepup basis, 去世后资产不可以step up, 算capital gain, 要交upto 44.6%的tax;

4. Remove 1031 exchange, 只要买卖，不可以延税，马上就要交upto 44.6%的税;

 

上面说的44.6%只是联邦税，每个州还有相应的州税。

再强调一下：这个信息目前还是拜登的proposal，有待国会通过......

这个录像里面，很明显的错误是把401k, IRA, pension的收入当成了capital gain, 大家带着分析的态度来听吧。
