• Unit Growth: Tesla wins. Waymo needs to prove it can scale its production. Waymo is partnering with many auto manufactures so you want to follow and watch if it can make meaningful progress there
• Profitability: Tesla wins. It is very hard for Waymo to compete on the unit price against Tesla, both due to the selection of different technology route, as well as lack of fully integrated solution (Waymo relies on way too many partners)
• Risk: Waymo wins. Tesla is behind in terms of getting license permit as well as lack of true L4 autonomous product, and this puts Waymo in clear leadership
