Similar situation has occurred to me.

When I was in college, a high school classmate of my roommate came to visit  from Shanghai. She came with some baby pork ribs, very well cooked, Shanghai style. I was the one last returned to the dorm, and they told me to have the whole piece of the ribs. Even though I was craving for meat during all my college days, I still remembered to ask if everyone else had their share. When I got a firm answer, I gobbled up everything except the hardest part of the bones, in probably just one or two instances -- while everyone watching (which I didn't notice at all).

What then? I immediately became well known as the immature and inconsiderate kid. The lesson? A bad deed is always repaid!
