The scar looks like a keloid, if not , then at least it's a

hypertrophic scar.

I had a bike accident in 2012, and was hospitalized for 3 days. I had 7 sutures on face near the left eye, but nobody could even tell, just 1-2 weeks after healing and removal of the sutures.
