据说,木耳有血管清道夫的美名,尽量多吃木耳。
素菜:木耳,黄花,耦,银杏 菠菜,面筋,胡萝卜等,分别炒熟(我除菠菜外,都用水) ,用蒜蓉爆香锅,将所有材料放入,加盐糖,鸡精调味,出锅:

煎鱼片:将鱼片用少盐,胡粉摸一下。过鸡蛋,一半沾玉米粉,另一半沾面包粉, 都用油煎熟,摆盘,看看哪种好吃:

小竹笋木耳 烩 豆腐:小竹笋和木耳用鸡汤偎好,豆腐用少油煎熟。
用蒜蓉爆香锅,最后炒一下以上三样,加少盐少糖,加鸡汤,打薄芡起锅。

瑶柱芋头熬冬瓜:干瑶柱用姜水泡软 (留着泡水) ,蒜蓉爆香锅,炒冬瓜块,芋头
块,瑶柱,加鸡汤及泡水,少盐,几片姜。中火煮15分钟,冬瓜软了起锅,味道不错:
