香豆干炒小笋:用蒜爆香锅,加入小笋炒片刻,再加入香干炒,加酱油,糖鸡精, 少量水焖,水干起锅,好吃:

炒肝儿:这个菜偶而食之:将猪肝清洗干净,切片,用乾粉裹之。用较多油过之。 将洋葱切丝用少油炒熟,加入过过油的肝片,加酱油糖马上起锅,香:

蒜炒空心菜:爆香较多蒜蓉,空心菜下锅,加盐鸡精快炒,起锅,此菜有镇静作用,晚上吃了睡眠好:

豆腐,绞肉两吃,一是将豆腐中间掏空,塞入调好味道的碎肉,另一是将掏出来的 豆腐加到用剩的碎肉里作丸子,一起放在鸡汤里煮至熟:

木瓜:

水晶木瓜:将大菜放水中煮开溶化加糖,浇入木瓜杯中。十分钟后,倒出来:
