Canadian bike company's hopes riding with CSC

While all eyes are on Lance Armstrong at the Tour de France, the CSC team is hoping some Canadian technology will help them dethrone the six-time champion from Texas.

CSC star Ivan Basso, an Italian who finished third in the 2004 Tour, and his teammates are riding made-in-Canada Cervelo bikes.

"If Lance doesn't win, I guess it's better he lose to someone on a Canadian bike than anyone else," said Gerard Vroomen, who co-founded the Toronto-based company with Phil White.
