云南米线做法

材料:桂林米粉一包,韭菜,豆芽,胡萝卜丝
调味料:四川凉拌菜料(川霸王牌),酱油, 醋,糖,蒜蓉,芝麻酱,麻油,(正宗点还应放花椒/花椒油,辣椒/辣椒油)

水烧开,放入干米粉,略搅拌,关火。40后分钟即可捞出,冷水冲过晾干盛盘。

韭菜,豆芽,胡萝卜丝均用开水烫过,一一铺在米粉上。
