1。出价和样板房相同，不变 ($440,000) 2。builder contribute $6000 towards closing cost 3. builder install 6 feet wooden privacy fence along the back yard 4. builder install wooden blinds for all the windows 大家帮忙参考一下，这个Offer是否合适呢？还有什么可以加的？当然我也不指望都同意，只是多个Negotiate的砝码
