TheECB and probably the Fed as well as shinnied up a tall tree and now isnestled in branches too thin for rescuers to climb. There must be onehell of a lot of stuff for the banks to unload if they need this muchmoney. As minyanville said, this is a debt problem, not a liquidityproblem. A BAD debt problem.
