去年圣诞节因为check engine light on导致 emission test failed 修车，第一次花了＄８０，告知是monitor reset，他们reset后，灯确实灭了建议drive 100mile and retest,但是开回回家后灯马上就亮了．
第二天找他们联系，他们说开回来检查，第三天取车时却给我一个＄３８０的帐单(oxygen sensor changed) 和emission certification(free,但我并不领情，因为30 天内我可以retest without any charge),交涉无效后，付款，然后回家当天向better business burea BBB file claim:
1. the repair is unauthorized
2. the repair is unnecessary(他们自己前一天的diagnosis report说 everything works as designed)
3. the price is unreasonable (at least the part price is 80% higher than autozone)
起初该黑店解释了第三个，强调他们不和别人比价格，但我指出其未经车主允许换零件然后索要高假属于fraud,他们再也不理我了，ＢＢＢ说他们不必须回复，但ＢＢＢ会保留该材料三年做为记录。
事情并没有完，一个月内（４００－５００miles）check engine light又亮了,而且同时车出现了停车空转时剧烈抖动的新现象，很可能黑店给做的手脚，而且emission test时做了假……
我能怎么对付这个黑店呢？？？
