刚从sale office回来，发现要put down 40% ,才会有正的cash flow.发现high end house降了不少，condos和affordable house不降。 现在很难找到好的deal to invest , 他们有42 个 units,已经买掉29 个 units，没有降价的意思。 Low end housing is hotter than high end.因为invest condo比invest SFH safer, 现在SFH降价，condo不降价。房事热时，condo也跟着SFH一样涨。
