蕃茄炒蛋--

我家地里的蕃茄(plum tomatoes),肉特厚,味鲜.

人人都会做蕃茄炒蛋,但我有两个小绝招和你们分享,一是蛋里加一点牛奶使蛋滑嫰, 二是抅芡时加一点蕃茄酱味更鲜.

糖醋排骨--这也是大众菜,我是用懒人方法做的. 小排骨直接用冷油,冰糖,八角,桂皮,干辣椒慢火煸炒出油,加老抽,料酒,再炒干水(不加水),加醋,再炒片刻起锅.

青菜腐皮鸡粥--我用罐头鸡肉和鸡汤,加碾碎的干腐皮和切碎炒过的青菜. 米先煮成粥再加东西.
