意大利蛤蜊面,烤茄子

材料:

橄榄油 - 3TB
黄油 - 2TB
洋葱 - 一个,切碎丁
大蒜 - 6 瓣,切碎粒
磨菇 - 2杯, 切片
白酒 - 1/4 杯
鲜奶油 - 1/2 杯
香料 - Basil-2TB, Oregano-1TB, Parsley-2TB, 切碎
罐头蛤蜊 - 2罐
意大利面 - 1LB,用开水加一勺盐煮熟,备用
盐,胡椒

蛤蜊把汁到出来留用,把沥干的蛤蜊到进鲜奶油泡半小时,再沥干,鲜奶油留用.

热橄榄油,黄油,加洋葱,大蒜炒软,加磨菇,炒软,加酒,加鲜奶油,加香料,加蛤蜊,加面,加盐,胡椒,好了.

茄子切片用橄榄油抹上,洒上Old Bay, 再粘上有意大利调味的面包粉和Parm cheese 粉(1:1),进预热400F烤箱,烤30分钟,好了.
