我回来了,手又有点生,大家就将就点吧.


京酱肉丝- 里脊肉切丝用酱油, 酒,太白粉腌一下,进油锅炒散,捞出,油锅炒香甜面酱,下肉丝,加一点酒,糖,味精, 葱切丝放盘里,吃前拌入. 可用来包豆皮或春饼吃.

炒麻辣鱼丁-油锅炒香洋葱丁,下火腿丁炒,加麻辣豆鼓酱炒,加黄瓜丁炒,加鱼丁,翻炒几下,装盘,撒香菜,葱花,花椒面,好了,很下饭的.

豆腐雪菜鱼羹--豆腐切丁用盐开水泡过沥干备用,

砂锅热油,放葱段,姜片炒香,取去葱姜,加火腿丁炒香,加切碎的雪菜炒一炒,放高汤烧开,下鱼丁,烧开,勾欠,洒香菜葱花,淋麻油,好了.
