平时很少用油炸东西, 突然想吃酥香的口味, LG就到院里把虾,肉,带鱼全给炸了, 我就加工做了个四菜一汤的晚饭.


椒盐虾,

虾用盐水泡过, 擦干水份, 我这次没拍干粉, 进油锅大火炸过, 不要炸久了, 皮炸干了就好了,我怕肉会老.

锅炒香葱,姜,蒜, 青的辣辣椒末(jalapeño), 放虾, 加椒盐粉(用了买的焗鸡粉), 鸡粉, 炒香,

椒香猪柳,

Costco看到有猪skirt 肉排, 就是五花肉的瘦肉, 也就是牛肉的flank一样, 很嫩, 逆纹切大条, 用盐,胡椒,酒淹过夜. 再加个蛋清抓一下, 再加点干淀粉抓匀, 进油锅大火炸过

锅炒香葱,姜,蒜, 红翻天剁椒, 放肉, 加一点鸡粉, 花椒粉, 一点五香粉, 炒香, 没想到效果特好, 说是今晚最好吃的菜.

糖醋带鱼,

带鱼用盐,胡椒,酒腌半小时, 擦干水份, 进油锅大火炸过,

油锅炒香大量的葱段, 取出葱放盘底里, 葱油留锅里, 放入带鱼翻炒, 放糖醋汁 ( 糖, 醋, 酱油, 酒, 鸡粉, 麻油, 水淀粉, 胡椒粉), 拌炒匀, 盛放盘上,

咸肉,排骨, 萝卜汤 –

那天赶时间做的咸肉虾丸萝卜汤非常的鲜美, 这次有时间就先炖了排骨, 再加咸肉, 萝卜, 再炖, 很好喝, 咸肉做汤真好, 下次多做点咸肉,
