茄子几根,蒸熟待凉改刀,放冰上,吃时沾料(蒜末、醋、酱油、辣油调制成沾料)清清爽爽,绝对开胃

小心得:吃时我突然有想,如果把垫在茄子下面的冰块预做成有味的,是否效果会更好呢?

咸鱼鸡粒茄子煲

茄子几根切条,鸡肉切小粒、咸鱼切小粒(因手边无咸鱼,我是用三文鱼现腌的,呵呵)热锅加冷油至热,先入蒜片姜片炒香再加入鸡鱼粒同炒至八分熟,加入茄条共炒,加料酒、酱油、糖炒至熟即可,鲜香味美
