Will the Chinese communist regime be overthrown by its own people?

Mao tried. During the Great Cultural Revolution, Mao asked the Chinese people to rebel Communist Party. Mao let the Chinese people, the 99% population of peasants and workers rule over the cadres of the Communist Party. It seemed not working. The Great Cultural Revolution is a revolution aimed at the Communist Party, and the power was in the hand of the Chinese people.

During the Mao era, there are many Mass Movements. Mass Movement is to let people make the final judge and execute the movement. It is the People’s Republic. If the CCP is not compliant with the will of the people, people will overthrow it. Mao taught Chinese people so. If the party is not overthrown yet, it means that the party is in compliance with the will of the Chinese people. That’s how a one-party system works.

The idea of the Chinese political system has no checks and balances as the West does is a false perception. The Chinese political system is that People have the ultimate power. That’s written in the constitution, called the democratic dictatorship, which means People dictatorship, the 99% dictate the party.

China has more party cadres in prison or being persecuted, especially during the Cultural Revolution.
