开始把读专业杂志的笔记也公开分享。都是我最喜欢的。这期JCO （Journal of clinical oncology)里的一句广告词非常棒：Spare the marrow and spear the tumor (Trilaciclib). 这个句式可以用在很多地方。另外是这篇有关phase I anti-cancer drug trial的。过去20年NCI 的161个phase I trials, response rate 从14.7%提高到25.1%。这一点反映了肿瘤生物学和药物研发的突飞猛进。
