正月十五的【三色三味-元宵+汤圆儿】和八宝饭

赶在年尾巴了,请大家吃元宵和汤圆~~~~~~:)

因为要做三种馅的汤圆,为了能分出每个馅来,就想到做三种颜色的汤圆皮儿来……
馅有:核桃馅的,花生馅的,黑芝麻馅的。
做法 : 核桃和花生分别先用小烤箱烤熟,再用 Blender 打碎, 打碎了的核桃和花生出了很多油,拿出来在根据自己喜欢的甜度,加白糖,再加点儿菜油,(正规做法是加大油的,也就是猪油。)拌均后捏成小球球,再放到冰箱里冻一会儿。

汤圆皮:
糯米面团16oz的一袋,分三份儿,每份加一茶勺澄粉(起到帮助定型,也可不加)
一份我用的红萝葡的汁加 凉水合成团,另一份儿是用菠菜的汁加凉水合成面团,最后
是的那份儿就合成白面团了。

包法大家应该都会,就是揪一小块面捏扁,包进一个小馅球,合好捏紧团成圆球就好了,南方叫它汤圆。

一个颜色的皮包一种馅,煮时吃时好区分。
味道还真是很不错的。

最后还是觉得煮的汤圆最好吃!

看露西的八宝饭后馋的不行,就家里现有的材料做了个四宝饭,虽然看着没有老鲁的甜蜜,但也能暂时压压口水,俺也就此知足了。
