CCleaner (freeware) 清除所有 cache, 清洁Windows 注册表 及 "index.dat" 文件. 如果你不想手工或不会删除无用的文件, ccleaner将非常有用.

Note: there are several other freeware utilities that will delete the cache, however I find CCleaner to have the best set of features. unfortunately in their latest versions they have added the Yahoo Toolbar - you can uncheck that option during the install or download the version without the toolbar.
