    1. Avastin: treat colon, lung, and breast cancer
    2. Rituxan : lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis increased 14 percent to $677 million
    3. Herceptin: breast cancer treatment rose 3 percent to $336 million
    4. Lucentis : macular degeneration rose 20 percent to $236 million
