  Happy Employee --create-->

  Great Business --leads to-->

  Good profit (as a result) -- provide value to -->

  Happy Customer

3. BestBuy does not exist to make money --- BestBuy exists to enrich people's lifes via technology and meed human need.  Money is a by-product.

4. A value proposition for employee is as important as value proposition for customer

5. Employee, supplier, share-holder, customer (and community) all-win situation
