Near the end of Dec 2019, I clear out everything, and change my RothIRA to Dividend passive income. 

The account value before 2019 contribution is about 50k. I divided to following:

Real Estate   20%

Close End Funds  20%  (High tech, Health care, Bonds, etc)

Consumer 20%

Utility 10%

Health Care 10%

Telecom 6%

Industrials 4%

Finace 10%

I know the close end fund contains other sectors, but is mainly for high price stocks. 

Also, start Jan 2010, I also sell delta 15 weekly for WFC, PFE, DAL for quick "dividends".
