• 2 sweet potato（medium size）：pealed, cut to thin slices, microwave 6 min. Smashed. Cool down 
• 2 Tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp salt 
• 2 cups all purpose flour 

Make above ingredients into doll. Raising 2 hours. Make 8 buns. Raising 30 minutes. Add tap warm water, high heat steam 15 minutes. Keeps lid closed for another 15 minutes.

很丑，可是很好吃。有红薯淡淡的甜香。还挺有筋头。
