** IF 16:8: 1st meal in the morning, 2nd meal by 2pm
** Meals: protein, fat, fruit, veggies, mushrooms (calorie cycling)
** Sleep: bed before 10pm
** Exercise: a balanced weekly schedule including strength training, HIIT, Zone 2 cardio
