Home-made tofu
soak 1 cup of soybeans overnight,
add 3 cups of water and blend it with a potato until completely smooth,
add another 4 cups of water, then give a gentle boil the pureed soybeans
skim the foam off the top of the soy milk with a sieve while stirring along the bottom of the pot to keep it from sticking,
as soon as the milk starts to foam and expand, remove it from the heat, allow the foam to shrink
pour the boiled pureed into a cheesecloth bag
tip off the milk film(sheet) when it's cool down a little bit,
then straight pour the rest of the milk down to the pot with 2 balls of lime juice,
wait for 10 mins with no stirring at all

3) clean eating: the foods were clean but I didn't have a proper meal. I had lots of nuts while they were roasting. After all of the eatings, I was meant to walk down the insulin. However , what happened was I drifted off. I didn't know if it was a result of rice intake.

A perfect Birthday: To celebrate a life of 62 years, I headed off for a run in the early morning with a pleasant mind. Whilst running, I met people of young and old, singles and couples who were walking or running. We greeted to each other. Such a beautiful world I've been part of it!
Coming up to upstairs, hubby gave me a huge and birthday wishes. On the mobile, received love from my darling girl noticing that a present was delivered to the door.
A great start!
