昨晚在大通铺上，眼睛一闭一睁6个小时就过去了，连梦都沒顾得上做。这真是完全没有想到的，也许是太累了。

今天同样5点起床, 6点出发。从天气预报看，最高气温96度。必须要在2点前赶到目的地 - Viana.

Viana是一个依山而建的历史小镇，曾是防御性驻军镇和君主常住之地。是我们这条路上Navarrese区最后一个落脚点。

从Los Arcos到Viana一共19.5公里，中间要过一座小山。我是用自己前面5公里飞而最后5公里爬的屌丝模式在1点以前走完了这段路。

今天右脚起了一个大水泡。想用带来的compeed包一下，这才知道女儿二天前脚上就起了好几个水泡，一声不响的自己就处理好了。她就是这样一个不露声色的人，遇事超出她年纪的沉着冷静，要是我可能早就哇哇叫了。

6点了，外面还是96度的高温，就地在爱泊阁吃了晚餐。一人9欧，有沙拉，橄榄油红椒，牛碎西红柿意面，煎猪排，苹果，还有随便喝的红酒。进入西班牙以来，几乎能够吃到的每一餐都让我意犹未尽，这个吃货是彻底被spanish food征服了。

晚餐时惊喜的见到帮我买护膝的秘鲁来的Alex. 没有这个护膝，我是不可能走到这里的，所以看到他自然感到分外的亲切。

刚刚女儿说Virginia 发生枪案，一个曾是桑徳斯的支持者枪伤了republican whip。其实没有什么想不开放不下的，爱恨也好，政治也罢，在camino road上，一切都会放下了。Peace!!

Tracking your progress with great interest. We are embarking (me and daughter) on a 100 mile hike in Europe (7 days). Just saw the 3 page packing list from the group leader. Would you please share 5 things you really need on the trail?
