In order to be ready to live and study in the States in 3 months, pls start the following 3 routines:

–Exercise 30min/day and 6 days/week

–Speak English for 2 minutes daily in the wechat group

–When taking TOEFL prep course, be sure to ask the teacher, at least one question a week

At the end of each mentoring session, get ready for at least 1 question/comments/suggestion. That’s also the time to express your gratitude and demonstrate your engagement.
