南韩大韩航空(Korean
Airlines)去年拿下「最佳航空美食」首奖,而国外一名旅游编辑也搭机实测,结果也让她直呼,大韩航空餐点简直比餐厅还要好吃。
大韩航空在美国知名旅游杂志《环球旅行家》(Global
Traveler)2023年的评比中,拿下「最佳航空美食」首奖,同时也在《今日美国》(USA
Today)的「最佳读者选择奖」中,被评选为机上食品第2名。

《太阳报》旅游编辑高德芮(Kara
Godfrey)近日从韩国返回英国时,就特地选择搭乘大韩航空,准备直接来场实测。当天她选择搭乘商务舱,坐下来后空服员立刻送上由2019年世界最佳侍酒师阿尔默特(Marc
Almert)所设计的酒单
接着第一道餐点是韩式拌饭,这在所有舱等都有提供,「牛肉味道鲜美,不像其他飞机餐,一点都不难咬,蔬菜也还是爽脆的,吃起来完全不像冷藏过。」除了拌饭以外,还有附上热汤、奶酪和水果,高德芮说,「餐点简直比餐厅还美味,空服员很惊讶我一下子就吃光了。」
除了基本的餐食外,如果飞行期间感到饥饿,还可以和空服员索取泡面,而隔天的早餐还有牛肉海带粥,若想要西式餐点,同样有提供炖牛肉、烤鳕鱼和炖鸡。高德芮说,「我不敢肯定,但我也很惊讶,当我回家时没有受到时差影响,很可能就是因为食物的关系。」
