慕尼黑安全会议 - 卢比奥说出我的心声
熟悉我的老坛友，会基本同意这点 - 卢比奥说出了几乎我关于相关话题的每一句话。当然反过来不一定成立，不是他每一句话我都同意。
只是我从未对欧洲表现过如他那般尊敬 - "我们是欧洲的孩子"。毕竟欧洲和我没啥关联。不过也许卢比奥只是外交手段，以弥补川普大嘴的伤害。
插一句，在博客上一贴"情人节花店老板说母节" https://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/73834/202602/10370.html 我刚提到 ： 我感悟一个人们自觉尊重 -而不是出于伦理，道德，当然更不是出于洗脑 - 前辈和历史的社会是个正常的社会，这是一种情感和心灵的纽带。我个人这方面有点欠缺，尽管场面上还是做得可以的，那是当年哪个荒唐野蛮的时代造成的扭曲，也是我选澳洲为第二故乡的原因之一，我自己很难扭转了，但欣赏周围人们这么做，也是一种弥补。
摘几段卢比奥的演说词：
the euphoria of this triumph led us to a dangerous delusion: ... that the ties formed by trade and by commerce alone would now replace nationhood; that the rules-based global order – an overused term – would now replace the national interest; and that we would now live in a world without borders where everyone became a citizen of the world.
In this delusion, we embraced a dogmatic vision of free and unfettered trade, even as some nations protected their economies and subsidized their companies to systematically undercut ours – shuttering our plants, resulting in large parts of our societies being deindustrialized, shipping millions of working and middle-class jobs overseas, and handing control of our critical supply chains to both adversaries and rivals.
We increasingly outsourced our sovereignty to international institutions while many nations invested in massive welfare states at the cost of maintaining the ability to defend themselves. This, even as other countries have invested in the most rapid military buildup in all of human history and have not hesitated to use hard power to pursue their own interests.
And in a pursuit of a world without borders, we opened our doors to an unprecedented wave of mass migration that threatens the cohesion of our societies, the continuity of our culture, and the future of our people.
We are part of one civilization – Western civilization. We are bound to one another by the deepest bonds that nations could share, forged by centuries of shared history, Christian faith, culture, heritage, language, ancestry, and the sacrifices our forefathers made together for the common civilization to which we have fallen heir.
上面最后这段话于我并没什么隔阂，尽管我来自不同文化，但对自己这个文化相当无感，而我立足异乡，也不是为了找回它。中国年临近了，看见中国城附近张灯结彩闹哄哄乱糟糟的，说心里话，我觉得相当腻味。有人要拿些难听话说我，我也无所谓。当然，我也从来不强求自己全身心拥抱西方文化的每个元素，我欣赏的是从文化里透出的传统价值观。我觉得，当处于两种文化之间的真空里，灵魂反而获得某种充实感。
下面这段主要摘给欧洲坛友看的，卢比奥演说里还有更多唤醒你们归属感的，不过自己一个孩子刚去欧洲，也许往后我也得把自己拉近些。
We are connected spiritually and we are connected culturally. We want Europe to be strong. We believe that Europe must survive, because the two great wars of the last century serve for us as history’s constant reminder that ultimately, our destiny is and will always be intertwined with yours, because we know – (applause) – because we know that the fate of Europe will never be irrelevant to our own.
