试释 I-485 pending 换工作的 180 天
提交 I-485 之后，更换雇主或工作，大家知道的有
  1) I-140 已经获批；
  2) I-485 提交了 180 天未决；
  3) 新职位和 I-140 上的职位是相同或相似。
这是指雇主支持型，象 NIW 等是不在此列的。

而同学们最关心的，莫过于这个 180 天的时间。
是不是 I-485 提交之后不足 180 天，就一定不能更换工作？或者换一个方式问，在 I-485 提交之后不足 180 天之内换了工作（或是被 laid off 了），其 I-485 就一定作废了呢？

通过上面的讨论，希望同学能够正确地认识到，I-485 提交之后的更换工作的 180 天规定，并不是指你必须为当前雇主工作的最短时效要求，而是指 I-485 申请没能获得裁定的最短时效要求。
