(1) My 140 and 485 is pending now. At this stage, I know I can not change my visa from H1 to F1, how about changing to O1?

(2) I have read one of your previous posters. It seems that one can submit two 140. Is it a good idea for me to submit another one when the first one is pending? I may have better publications and recommendation letters for the 2nd one.
