我的六年绿卡路 (1)

我被现在公司(我毕业后的2ND 公司, 1ST ONE 是一个印度小公司,老板不太尊重人,GREEN CARD LABOR 一拖再拖. 工作了一年九个月后QUIT 加入现公司)录用,没提什么要求,只要能马上开始办绿卡.那是2002年11月.
当时公司每月登广告,收拢resume,所以绿卡可以马上启动.PD 早的人都知道,当时CLINTON 时期通过BILL, RECOVER UNUSED GREEN CARD QUOTA, EB1,2,3 都没排期. 也就是说, LABOR (STATE & REGIONAL)一过, 马上可以FILE I140 & I485.

公司同意马上办,但为了省事,就办了EB3 (PD JAN 2003), 当时LABOR STATE =1 YEAR, REGIONAL 3~4 月, 应该04年上半年FILE I140 & I1485. 后来证明当时办EB3 后患无穷. STATE LABOR 用了一年多, REGIONAL (CHICAGO REGIONAL OFFICE) 停办permanent labor, 所有RESOURSE办理H2A? 我的LABOR到了CHICAGO就陷入了无休的停顿.从2004年三月到场2005年,再被转到DALLAS BACKLOG CENTER. PD 早的人知道, 2005年是一个分水岭.EB3 不再CURRENT.我的LABOR 于2005 年9月从DALLAS 出来,I140 于是2005年10月被APPROVED.这时非常NAIEVE,认为PD2003年一月已经很早,一到2006年排期就不会有什么问题了.
