The I-130 pending days 是2年。priority date 是7/31/2007。收到NVC的email to通知 file DS 260 是6/29/2020。

当时疫情而且认为排期没有到，所以就没付费file DS 260。 直到6/10/2021这一天付费的。

孩子生日是7/4/1998。

F4排期一个多月前排到的，所以6/27/2024 收到面试email. email 告诉了面试时间是8月初，但是孩子名字不在上面了。

请您看一下孩子超龄了吗？如果按通知file DS 260或者付费的时间算current date ，好像没有超龄。

-The child must have filed DS 260 within one year when the priority date was current (B Form). I just checked the Visa Bulletin for June 2020 and found the cutoff date in B Form in June 2020 was 31JUL07, the same date as your priority date (not prior to the cutoff date), so your priority date was not current yet in June 2020. The the Visa Bulletin for July 2020, cutoff date was 15AUG07 in B Form, so your prority date was current in July 2020. 

Because the child filed DS 260 on 6/10/2021 within one year after the priority date was current,

the child's CSPA age = the child' actual age on July 1, 2020 - I-130 pending days. 

So, you can calculate the child's CSPA age using the formular above （accurate to days). If it is < 21, then contact teh US Consulate in Guangzhou to issue an interview appointment with the justification as I explained above. If you do not understand to justify it, you may hire or consult an immigration lawyer.
