1 网上我找到的步骤是，父母入境后，网上提交130，同时寄出485/864，附上130收据。另外一种说法是把纸质130/485/864放在同一个快递包裹内寄出。请问这两种方式哪种更优？

-No difference. I suggest you put all of the documents (I-130 and I-485) in one package and mail it out. But you had better mail your father's case and mother' case in two separate packages.

2 有的帖子说给父母提交的话，没有入境90天限制，请问是否正确

-They had better wait for 90 days to apply for green card to avoid potential complication.

3 part 9 #61问学位，是否需要原件和翻译公证？

-No. Not need to provide this kind of documents.

4 父母都已经退休，part 9 #62工作技能还需要填写吗, 写的话是否需要对应的英文翻译及公证?

-Yes, just list any work license and certificate they have, indcluding education diploma. Not need to provide this kind of documents.

5 父母入境后和我住在一起，130 表上part 4这个physical address应该写我的地址吗?

-Yes. It is the address they currently live, even if it is temporary.
