【劇情介紹】：
胡 力 弘 ， 東 駿 匯 泰 財 務 集 團 主 席 胡 貫 庭 之 獨 子 ， 年 方 三 十 已 位 居 集 團 副 行 政 總 裁 之位 。 胡 貫 庭 與 其 集 團 行 事 低 調 ， 家 財 豐 厚 而 不 可 測 ， 可 稱 城 中 「 隱 形 富 豪 」 。 胡 力弘 是 父 親 眼 中 的 接 班 人 ， 但 這 位 「 人 中 之 龍 」 竟 然 在 某 次 警 方 查 禁 的 士 高 時 ， 讓 現身 懷 違 禁 藥 物 ， 更 驗 出 服 食 過 禁 藥 而 被 捕 ， 結 果 被 判 社 會 服 務 令 。
原 來 ， 力 弘 雖 然 是 眾 人 艷 羨 的 富 家 子 、 年 青 富 豪 ， 但 卻 是 生 活 在 一 個 充 滿 虛 偽 、 銅臭 和 孤 獨 的 鐵 籠 之 中 。 力 弘 從 小 與 父 親 貫 庭 關 係 疏 離 ， 父 子 關 係 猶 如 教 官 和 學 員 ，缺 少 親 厚 的 接 觸 。 自 從 母 親 去 世 後 ， 力 弘 最 親 的 是 孻 叔 貫 澤 ， 貫 澤 會 和 力 弘 一 起 嬉笑 玩 耍 ， 而 貫 庭 則 一 個 勁 兒 的 對 力 弘 要 求 成 績 。 在 力 弘 十 二 歲 的 時 候 ， 貫 澤 更 離 開了 胡 家 ， 貫 庭 將 力 弘 送 往 寄 宿 學 校 ， 以 圖 訓 練 力 弘 的 獨 立 。 然 而 ， 結 果 卻 造 成 父 子關 係 更 加 疏 離 、 冷 漠 。
力 弘 學 成 回 來 ， 貫 庭 視 之 為 集 團 接 班 人 ， 力 弘 也 逐 漸 忘 記 當 日 和 貫 澤 一 起 的 自 由 快樂 日 子 ， 努 力 滿 足 父 親 的 要 求 ， 在 集 團 工 作 中 一 次 又 一 次 表 現 出 色 ， 換 來 的 不 是 貫庭 的 讚 賞 ， 而 是 在 集 團 裡 的 擢 升 。 集 團 多 年 來 和 裘 永 亨 裘 莉 父 女 的 律 師 樓 合 作 無 間， 裘 家 既 是 胡 家 的 世 交 ， 裘 莉 和 力 弘 也 是 青 梅 竹 馬 的 關 係 ， 一 個 是 年 青 富 家 子 、 長袖 善 舞 的 集 團 接 班 人 ， 一 個 是 能 幹 而 善 解 人 意 的 女 律 師 ， 順 理 成 章 也 就 成 了 眾 人 眼中 的 一 對 金 童 玉 女 。
力 弘 面 對 父 親 嚴 峻 的 要 求 ， 不 但 想 達 到 父 親 的 標 準 ， 甚 至 想 超 越 父 親 ， 這 種 壓 力 終於 去 到 一 個 爆 發 的 邊 緣 。 集 團 其 中 一 個 客 戶 「 時 代 日 報 」 ， 因 為 過 期 還 款 ， 面 臨 被集 團 清 盤 破 產 ， 社 長 鄭 家 昌 與 力 弘 乃 同 校 師 兄 弟 ， 向 力 弘 求 取 一 個 延 期 還 款 的 寬 限期 ， 但 力 弘 在 父 親 的 壓 力 下 ， 只 得 拒 絕 客 戶 所 求 。 想 不 到 鄭 家 昌 竟 因 被 逼 到 絕 路 而自 殺 。 多 年 朋 友 生 死 未 卜 ， 但 力 弘 自 感 成 了 間 接 的 殺 人 兇 手 ， 不 但 內 咎 ， 更 對 家 族、 父 親 的 行 事 標 準 、 甚 至 人 格 都 起 了 懷 疑 ， 反 抗 的 種 子 開 始 萌 芽 … 。 力 弘 就 是 在 這種 心 情 下 錯 誤 地 墮 進 迷 幻 的 陷 阱 ， 犯 下 服 食 和 藏 有 禁 藥 的 罪 名 。
被 判 社 會 服 務 令 ， 力 弘 被 安 排 到 一 兒 童 之 家 工 作 ， 認 識 了 那 裡 的 社 工 林 小 敏 、 家 長馬 翠 花 和 魯 財 。 兒 童 之 家 收 留 了 一 群 家 庭 有 問 題 的 小 孩 ， 力 弘 在 小 孩 身 上 看 見 了 成年 人 的 問 題 。 因 為 社 會 經 濟 環 境 急 劇 的 轉 變 ， 成 年 人 未 能 解 決 生 活 上 、 感 情 上 的 問題 ， 成 年 人 的 固 執 和 任 性 ， 受 害 的 除 了 自 己 以 外 ， 卻 還 有 一 群 無 辜 的 天 真 小 孩 。 而小 敏 和 翠 花 等 人 ， 真 心 地 為 了 小 孩 而 盡 心 盡 力 ， 他 們 的 努 力 ， 換 來 了 除 了 微 薄 的 薪金 之 外 ， 可 能 就 是 那 些 小 孩 的 點 滴 歡 笑 ， 比 起 力 弘 集 團 工 作 裡 數 以 千 萬 計 的 生 意 ，像 是 微 不 足 道 ， 但 卻 又 更 是 無 價 瑰 寶 。 力 弘 一 直 埋 藏 在 冰 窖 的 心 ， 不 知 不 覺 地 融 化 … 溫 暖 起 來 了 … 。
力 弘 本 來 是 因 被 判 社 會 服 務 令 而 進 入 兒 童 之 家 ， 但 逐 漸 被 小 敏 的 積 極 助 人 態 度 感 染， 對 各 院 童 的 遭 遇 寄 予 同 情 之 餘 ， 當 能 力 所 及 時 ， 亦 盡 量 加 以 援 手 ， 卻 因 此 與 貫 庭的 做 事 方 式 愈 多 衝 突 。 身 為 力 弘 女 友 的 裘 莉 ， 看 著 力 弘 的 轉 變 ， 只 覺 二 人 之 間 距 離漸 遠 。 力 弘 與 父 親 的 不 和 漸 次 白 熱 化 ， 甚 至 決 定 離 開 東 駿 匯 泰 ， 貫 庭 表 面 強 撐 著 ，心 裡 也 著 實 受 了 大 刺 激 ， 加 上 年 紀 漸 大 ， 已 不 服 當 年 日 理 萬 機 之 勇 ， 卒 之 病 倒 了 。公 司 裡 的 其 他 股 東 ， 一 直 覬 覦 著 董 事 局 的 控 制 權 ， 眼 見 不 敗 將 軍 胡 貫 庭 倒 下 了 ， 其子 力 弘 又 自 絕 於 外 ， 遂 陰 謀 奪 權 … 。
