星期天的鲜肉包子及其他

今天做包子,三种包子:【三鲜肉蒸包】,【三鲜肉生煎】,【蜜糖花生煎包】。

发面配方:牛奶一杯,水三分之一杯,Shortening 三大勺,醋一茶匙,面粉四杯,糖三分之一杯,Baking Powder 一茶匙,Bread machine yeast 二又三分之一茶匙,按顺序放入面包机中发面。

三鲜肉蒸包和生煎馅里放了猪肉,虾肉,黄芽菜。
歪打正着的蜜糖花生煎包还真好吃,馅里放了烤花生仁,蜜糖,白糖

做好的包子醒40分钟后放在水烧开了的蒸笼上蒸12分钟,关火后再等三四分钟开盖。生煎放在加了二大勺油的平底锅里加半杯水大火煮开后开中火直到水烧干,包子底煎黄就好了。
