Bonds had the end of the world priced in....it has now been delayed.
Money that was hiding in bonds is now fleeing into equities before it misses the move.
Bonds ran into VERY strong resistance at the 3.3% level yesterday.
IFthere is to be any sort of economic recovery, there will be a demandfor money (right now there is none). The pipeline for home refi's isbuilding, so that is one potential source of demand.
Bonds just got too expensive relative to any reasonable measure, and now they have to consolidate.
