【内容简介 】：

女孩麦斯，原本是基因实验下的产物，多年前她和同伴逃离实验室后失散，此后一直生活在恐惧中，当时美国因遭到恐怖份子用电磁波攻击而陷入一片混乱， 她在认识罗根后一改原本独善其身的态度，开始为民除害。
　　本片是TV剧集《DARK ANGEL》的序章。《DARK ANGEL》是大导演詹姆斯·卡梅隆亲自策划并制作的近未来科幻剧集。今年更是有他监制的同名游戏发售。女主角凭借此片火速上位，近年来被誉为好莱坞最性感的年轻女星之一。
　　不少电视红星都希望跃上大银幕，但凭《末世黑天使》(Dark Angel)成功上位的杰西卡·奥尔芭(Jessica Alba)，却乐于继续当电视圈的阿姐级人马。最近才刚满21岁的杰西卡·奥尔芭出生于军人家庭，虽然家教极严，但她却自小便向往演艺生涯，经她多番请求下，其家人才让她入读演艺学校。
　　12岁那年，杰西卡·奥尔芭终于得到别人赏识，开始客串电视小角色，并于1993年进军大银幕，在处女作《Camp Nowhere》中有出色的演出。后来她凭演出两个大型电视广告而开始受大众注意，终于能在多部电视剧，包括《Flipper》、《末世黑天使》等担正演出。而她更凭《末世黑天使》赢取了People's Awards中最受欢迎电视明星奖，甚受年轻一辈拥戴。
