以下都是我家宝宝最近爱看的一些书。家有toddler的姐妹们请看看和交流交流你们家宝宝爱看的书本。谢谢。

The Very Hungry Caterpillar
This book was recommended by YY. what a great book, cc simply loves those holes. she recognises all the fruits and food eaten by the very hungry caterpillar. however, she still could not grasp the idea that a caterpillar will transform to a beautiful butterfly.
Brown bear, brown bear, what do you see?
This book introduces several animals, together with the concept of colour. i used it to teach cc colours. i got the idea from the librarian and tap while reading this book, it makes the reading fun. now whenever cc sees a brown bear, she starts to tap.
From Head to Toe
This book teaches animals and simple actions. cc simply cannot stop trying to do those actions. CC already knows most of them but still need some practices on hip wriggling.
"Slowly, slowly, slowly" said the sloth
This book introduces lots of rare animals, some i don't even know them, like quetzal, coati, hoatzin and peccary. it's kind of boring to me but cc likes to see that sloth and calls it "慢慢"
The grouchy ladybug
This book wins cc's heart simply because of the ladybug but she gets the chance to learn about other animal as well. i use this book to teach her the concept of big and small. it's actually more suitable for bigger kid since it relates time with the raising and setting sun. it also teach manners.
10 little rubber duck
This book actually has more words but surprisingly cc could patiently sit and listen to the whole book.

Blue hat, green hat
This book is really simple and silly, but everytime i read:
blue hat, green hat, red hat, Oops....
and all other "Oops", she goes laughing none stop.
what a silly book but it teaches the right way to put on hat, shirt, pants, socks, shoes and coat. And it teaches colours too.
Moo, Baa, La La La
Another silly book from Boynton but this book makes cc to open her mouth and read some of the words from the book. and cc can't stop making me to read it.

My Lucky Day
Recommended by Crazydog. It actually has many words (for cc's level), but she still find the pig and wolf very funny, especially the massage part (because i tickle her at the same time). i like the story but i think cc is too young to appreciate how smart that pig is.

Series: 小熊宝宝绘本
I borrowed few books from this series. they are good for baby >12m. simple but fun to read.
小熊宝宝绘本10——收起来
So far this is the most "effective" book. everytime i say the word "收起来,收起来,艾哟哟", cc will run to collect her toys from the floor and put them back to the boxes.

i use this book to tell cc she needs to speak up so that others could hear her. she seems too shy in front of stranger.
小熊宝宝绘本9——我会穿短裤啦
This is the book that motivates cc to put on pants by herself. still trying very hard.....
小熊宝宝绘本8——刷牙
It used to be very effective for teeth brush, but now cc screams when i try to brush her teeth. anyway, it's a good book to introduce teeth brushing to toodler.
小熊宝宝绘本7——洗澡
This is the book that tells cc that she could enjoy bubbles during bath time. and she allows me to wash her hair without making any complains.
小熊宝宝绘本5——大声回答“哎”
A good book to tell cc her names. she still think her name is "宝宝" since that's how we call her from day 1.
小熊宝宝绘本12——谁哭了
I use this book to tell cc she is a big girl now and she is not supposed to cry like a baby, but so far i don't see miracles.
小熊宝宝绘本4——睡觉
This used to be her bed time story book.

Very interesting. You did a good job. Let me get some books Doudou like and post it later. He likes more "boy" books like something about train etc.
