Crab Quiche, French Onion Soup, French Bread

用店里买的pie crust line quiche dish,line foil and fill dry beans,bake in 425F oven for 10 min, remove dry beans and foil, bake another 5 min,let it cool

spread 8 oz squeezed-dry defrosted frozen spinach,
1 cup swiss cheese,
1/4 cup parm cheese,
1/4 cup green onion,
2 cans (1/2LB) of drained crab meat in the quiche dish,

mix 3 eggs, 1 cup half & half,1/4 ts nutmeg ,black pepper and pour on top

bake at 350F for 45 min.

French Onion Soup

5 大洋葱切丝,用4TB 黄油,中火煸炒

Caramelize成这样,加1TB面粉,炒熟面粉,加1/3杯红酒,加3罐头牛肉汤和1杯水, 1ts Worcestershire sauce, black pepper.

装入汤碗,盖一块烤过的面包(法国面包切片涂黄油,烤脆),撒上Swiss cheese,and Parmesan cheese,进450F烤箱烤10分钟.

应该把烤架升到最高(broil),cheese烤焦一点,可我的汤碗太高,没能烤焦

用面包机和面和发面,醒面20分钟,进375F烤箱烤20分钟

135g bread flour
135g whole wheat flour
12g olive oil
3g salt
5g yeast
45g sugar
20g milk powder
1 egg
80g 1% fat milk
80g half&half
