香辣排骨-

香料:

胡椒, 花椒, 干辣椒, 芫茜籽, 小茴香, 孜然籽

以上香料炒香(先炒硬的再放软的) 碾碎, 跟叉烧酱一起抹在小排骨上, 腌几小时, 进350F烤箱烤一小时, 烤熟为止.

炒菜锅烧热放油炒香辣椒和花椒, 再放葱,姜,蒜末炒香, 放排骨一起炒, 锅边喷一点绍酒, 就起锅.

蒸鱼卷-

芦笋, 胡萝卜 – 蒸软,
香菇泡水切丝,
火腿肉分成小片,
嫩韭菜洗净切段, 姜去皮切丝,

Dove sole, 鱼片用酒,白胡椒, 盐, 姜丝, 腌15分钟后, 卷入火腿片,芦笋, 胡萝卜丝, 香菇丝, 姜丝, 韭菜, 卷好放在垫了柠檬片的蒸盘里, 进蒸锅蒸10-12分钟, 装盘,
